Tuwon rice with egusi soup πŸ˜‹ Ingredients

1 Palm oil.
2 Salt.
3 Spices.
4 Seasonings.
5 Ogu.
6 Red pepper.
7 Tomatoes.
8 Onions.
9 Grinded egusi.
10 Meat or fish.
11 Garlic.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Get a clean pot wash your rice,pour onto the pot stir and cover it to cook for about 45-1hr, stir until it becomes smooth and moist. πŸ˜‹.
Step 2 Pour your palm oil,cuts onions,spices into a clean pot and stir thoroughly untill fried,stir and add your grinded tomatoes, red pepper, onions, garlic, clove,ginger and stir, add the boiled meat and continue stirring, add water,seasonings and spices,leave it to cook for about 15minutes stir and add grinded egusi,cover it to cook for 3 mins,add your cuts ogu leaf stir & leave it to cook for 5mins πŸ˜‹ your egusi soup is ready to be served πŸ˜‹ you can eat with tuwon rice (optional)..
