Step 1 Mix the grinded egusi in a batter form.
Step 2 Heat the oil a little and put onion leave it to fry a little and add your blended pepper and okpehe.
Step 3 Add your already mixed egusi add little water, stir and cover leave it to fry very well.
Step 4 Then add your seasoning, salt, fish and bitter leaf. You can add little water if is too thick and cook for 3mints.
Step 5 Serve with semo, pounded yam or any swallow of your choice.
