Grinded egusi (melon). |

Dried fish. |

Maggi seasoning and salt. |

Cooking Guidances
Step 1 |
Wash your meat into a pot, add your maggi seasoning and salt to taste and allow to cook for say 10 to 15 mins. |
Step 2 |
Wash both the stock fish and dried fish and add to the meat and allow to cook. |
Step 3 |
Pick your moringa leaves from the stem. Then boil water and pour into leaves and allow it for say 5 mins, then wash it out of the watet. |
Step 4 |
While the meat stock is boiling, you can add your pepper, additional seasoning and water. |
Step 5 |
Pour your grinded egusi (melon) into a bowl add the water from the boiling stock and mash. |
Step 6 |
Mold it into small ball into your boiling meat stock and allow to cook for say 10 mins. |
Step 7 |
Then add your already washed moringa leaves and allow to cook for another 10 mins and add your crayfish. |
Step 8 |
You can serve with eba (garri), semotiva, pounded yam.. |
