Ingredients

1 About of Ripe tomatoes (as needed).
2 Take of Red tatashe or shombo peppers (for colour).
3 Approximately of Red bonnet peppers.
4 Approximately Tin of tomatoes paste.
5 It’s of Onions sliced.
6 You need of Vegetable oil for frying.
7 It’s of Chicken fried.
8 It’s of Stock.
9 You need of Thyme.
10 Prepare of Curry.
11 It’s cubes of Seasoning.
12 Prepare of Salt.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Wash and blend the tomatoes, onions,bell peppers and others, blend to a smooth paste. Parboil the pepper mix to a thick consistency.
