You can simply prepare A Nigerian Egusi soup in 7 ingredients and only 8 steps. Here is cooking guidance how you can easily make that.

Ingredients

1 Approximately 2 cups of grianded Egusi.
2 It’s of Crayfish.
3 Prepare of Meat/dry fish/stock fish.
4 You need of Red palm oil.
5 Prepare of Pepper.
6 Take of Seasonings.
7 It’s of Vegetables.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Boil your meat and stock fish.
Step 2 Pour the red palm oil into a dry pot and set on fire.
Step 3 Add your Egusi and start to stir the Egusi on low to medium heat.
Step 4 Add meat/ fish stock (water from cooking meat,dry fish and stock fish).
Step 5 Add seasonings and pepper into your pot of soup.
Step 6 Cover the pot and cook for 15 to 20 minutes..
Step 7 Add your vegetables and live it for about 2 to 3 minutes and then your soup is ready..
Step 8 You can serve it with either semo,Eba, pounded yam or fufu..
