Nigerian Egusi Soup Ingredients

1 Palm oil.
2 Grounded Egusi.
3 Onions, scotch bonnets.
4 Stock of smoked fish, pomo, beef, shaki, offals etc.
5 Crayfish.
6 Ugu or spinach.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Heat palm oil in a pot and add the egusi.
Step 2 Stir fry quickly and add the stock with the cooked meat.
Step 3 Add salt, Maggi, crayfish, and ground peppers and onions.
Step 4 Cook completely until oil appears on top and the soup has thickened.
Step 5 Add the spinach or ugu leaves. Simmer and serve with swallow of choice.
