Ingredients

1 Take 3 cups of Egusi.
2 Take 20 pieces of sizeable goat meat,.
3 About 20 pieces of sizeable kpomo.
4 About 1/2 cup of crayfish.
5 It’s to taste of Salt.
6 Prepare 4 cubes of maggi.
7 Take 2 spoons of black Ghana pepper.
8 Approximately 3 of medium sized smoked fish.
9 It’s of Stock fish.
10 It’s of Palm oil.
11 Approximately of Onions.
12 It’s leaves of Fresh pumpkin.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Boil the properly washed goat meat with onion, and season with Maggi for 8minutes, add the kpomo, stock fish, smoked fish and allow to cook for another 10minutes.
Step 2 Put palm oil in a pot and allow to heat / bleach mildly, add onion then add the grounded egusi and continue to stir on low heat to avoid burning, fry for 8minutes, then pour in the grounded crayfish,.
Step 3 Continue to stir evenly for 2 minutes, add the meat and fish with the stock, allow to cook for 5minutes, Add pepper, Maggi and a little salt,.
Step 4 Allow to cook for 3 minutes stir thouroghly, add finely chopped pumpkin leaves, and serve with any swallow of your choice..
