Wash beef,stockfish and ponmo,season for 30mins,cook with little water for 5mins,before water dries,top up with more water as desired,add palm oil,pepper, crayfish,okpei,seasoning cubes,bring to boil,add Ogbono,stir,cook for 5mins,taste to adjust with salt,add okro,stir,cook for 1min,turn off heat,enjoy!!!.
