Red Red soup with plantain Ingredients

1 Beans.
2 Palm oil.
3 Dry fish.
4 Grinded cray fish.
5 1 teaspoon sugar.
6 to taste Salt and seasonings.
7 Chop Garlic.
8 Grinded pepper(onion, scotch bonnet and tattasae).

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cook your beans until soft, sieve and put it aside,soak your dry fish and leave it to soften..
Step 2 In a pot add Palm oil and allow it to hot,then add your grinded pepper and dry fish and allow it to simmer for 3-4 minute.
Step 3 Add small amount of water and stir, add your salt and seasoning to taste, you can also add chopped garlic(optional)it really add flavour to the soup, add one teaspoon of sugar and allow the water to boil..
Step 4 After the water has boiled add your beans stir and allow it to cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 5 Stir every thing together. You can eat it with any solid food of your choice but it really goes with plantain, you can also eat it with yam or boiled potatoes. I.
