Ingredients

1 It’s 2 cup of egusi blended.
2 Approximately 1 kg of goat meat.
3 About 2 tbsp of crayfish.
4 It’s 1/2 cup of ogbono blended.
5 You need 1 of big head stock fish.
6 Take 1 of big smoked fish.
7 It’s 1 of cksp red oil.
8 Approximately 4 cubes of knorr cube.
9 Take 10 piece of pepper blended.
10 About 2 of tomatoes.
11 Take 3 cups of slice ugu leaf.
12 You need 1 of onion diced.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cut goatmeat into small cubes, season with 1/2 onion and one Knorr Cube add the stockfish. Add a little water and boil for about 10 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
Step 2 Mix the ground egusi in half a cup of water and; blend tomatoes, pepper, and the remaining onion and set aside..

Step 4 Add little water and allow to cook for five minutes. Add the boiled goatmeat and stir. Turn the heat down and simmer for a further two minutes..
