Hot and Spicy Chilled Tofu with Tuna and Cucumber Ingredients

1 2 blocks Silken tofu (mini-sized).
2 1/2 can – about 40 grams Canned tuna.
3 1 tsp Ground sesame seeds.
4 1 tsp Miso.
5 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang.
6 1/4 Cucumber.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice about 2 mm thick. Drain the oil from the tuna..
Step 2 Put the cucumber, tuna, sesame seeds, miso and doubanjiang in a bowl and mix together..
Step 3 Put the mixture from Step 2 on top of the tofu..
