2 blocks Silken tofu (mini-sized). |

1/2 can – about 40 grams Canned tuna. |

1 tsp Ground sesame seeds. |

1 tsp Miso. |

1/2 tsp Doubanjiang. |

1/4 Cucumber. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 |
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice about 2 mm thick. Drain the oil from the tuna.. |
Step 2 |
Put the cucumber, tuna, sesame seeds, miso and doubanjiang in a bowl and mix together.. |
Step 3 |
Put the mixture from Step 2 on top of the tofu.. |
