4 Vegetable oil.
5 packet Shimeji mushrooms.
6 β˜… Water.
7 β˜… Soy sauce.
8 β˜… Vinegar.
9 β˜… Sugar.
10 β˜… Oyster sauce.
11 β˜… Doubanjiang.
12 β˜… Katakuriko.

Cooking Guidances
