1 Pot, 30 Minute Spicy Chili with Tofu Ingredients

1 ground beef or venison.
2 bottle v8 hot and spicy.
3 extra firm tofu.
4 hot chili seasoning.
5 jalapeño- diced fine.
6 purple onion diced finely.
7 limes juice.
8 diced tomatoes with green Chile’s (hot).
9 dark red kidney beans.
10 great northern beans.
11 light red kidney beans.
12 navy beans.
13 sugar.
14 To taste: pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika and red chili flakes.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Mix diced jalapeño, diced onion and diced tofu (drain tofu and lightly squeeze) into a large kettle and sauté on medium heat until onion is translucent..
Step 2 Place ground beef in with the sautéed tofu, onion and jalapeño and cook until beef is done. Squeeze in lime..
