Ingredients
1 | Approximately 3 cups of okro Soup grated. |
2 | Approximately 1/2 cup of ogbono blended. |
3 | Take 1 kg of beef. |
4 | About 1 of big stock fish head. |
5 | Approximately 1 of big dry fish (Asa). |
6 | About 7 of fresh pepper. |
7 | You need 1/2 of bulb onions. |
8 | About 1 tbsp of iru. |
9 | It’s 2 tbsp of crayfish. |
10 | You need 2 of knorr cube. |
11 | About 1 cup of palm oil. |
12 | Prepare to taste of salt. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Wash beef and stockfish and parboil, spice with salt, knorr cube; blend onions and pepper and pour it into the beef stock and allow it cook till the meat is tender. |
