Peppered tofu(awara) Ingredients

1 Fried tofu(awara).
2 medium Onions (sliced).
3 Red pepper (blended).
4 small carrots (grated).
5 green beans (chopped).
6 Maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder.
7 Oil.
8 For garnishing.
9 Lettuce.
10 Cucumber (sliced).
11 Mint.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Here is our fried awara.
Step 2 In a pan sautΓ© onion and red pepper for 2mins then add in remaining onions, green beans, carrots, maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder and stir-fry for 3mins.
Step 3 Then add in fried awara and stir-fry for 2mins then serve and garnish with lettuce, cucumber and mint leafπŸ˜‹.
Step 4 Voila! πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹.
