1 cooking spoon of palm oil. |

Goat meat. |

Cooking Guidances
Step 1 |
Blend the pepper and crayfish. |
Step 2 |
Wash the meat, and pomo add your seasoning cubes and salt to taste. |
Step 3 |
Add the blended pepper and crayfish to the meat and pono. |
Step 4 |
Allow it to boil for few minute (10mins):then add the fish. |
Step 5 |
Grate the okra and add it. |
Step 6 |
After 2 minutes add the pumpkin leaf. |
Step 7 |
Turn off the heat your okra soup is ready. |
