Abacha Ingredients

3 cups Abacha. |

Handful Ugba. |

2 cksp Red oil. |

1 Onion. |

3 pieces Red Fresh Pepper. |

Salt. |

1 Smoked fish. |

Handful leaves Garden egg. |

1/4 teaspoon Potash. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 |
Soak the dry abacha in water overnight if you are using dry abacha.. |
Step 2 |
Mix red oil and small potash add abacha mix all to be well corporated.. |
Step 3 |
Salt,diced red pepper,salt,sliced garden egg leaves, put all this at onces and mix. |
Step 4 |
Dice the garden egg and serve all in at once. |
