Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 |
Peel and cut plantain in cubes.boil meat with onion,Salt and Maggi.boil till is tender.. |
Step 2 |
Add 1 small cup of water to the meat.then add the plantain,pepper,onion,Salt,maggi,crayfish,palmoil and salt.. |
Step 3 |
For 10 to 15mins,stir very well and add the ugba.. |
Step 4 |
Boil for 2mins.taste for salt and add the vegetable.stir and bring down the heat will soften the vegetable no need to over boil.. |
