Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Wash and cook banga until it's soft,then drain out the water and put in a strong basin.
Step 2 Pound the banga with a pestle until the flesh is spongy.
Step 3 Then add water and wash the oil out and sieve into a clean pot.
Step 4 Place it on fire and allow to boil f
or 15mins to get a little bit thick..
Step 5 Add the steamed beef, kpomo and fish and seasonings and stir,cover and allow to boil for 5mins..
Step 6 Add periwinkle,snail,onion and spices to taste and stir..
Step 7 Lastly add your vegetables, allow to boil for 2mins so it can be green and set aside.
Step 8 Banga soup is ready and it can be served with rice, starch,eba,fufu,etc.
Step 9 I placed a spoon inside the pot so the banga doesn't pour on my gas when boiling.
