Porridge beans and diced plantain with fish Ingredients

1 Beans.
2 Fish.
3 Plantain.
4 Onions.
5 Crayfish.
6 Maggi and salt.
7 Pepper.
8 Red oil.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Cook your fish,when its cooked bring it down and fry. Dice the plantain and fry it too..
Step 2 Pick the beans. Put your water in the pot and boil enough for the beans,when water is boiling pour your beans and a little salt allow it to cook well,then add your red oil,onions,maggi,crayfish,pepper,and allow it a little while then bring it down and serve.
