Porridge beans and fried plantain with fish Ingredients

1 2 cups beans.
2 1 cooking spoon palm oil.
3 1 table spoon crayfish.
4 maggi.
5 salt.
6 to taste dry pepper.
7 plantain.
8 vegetable oil for frying plantain.
9 onions.
10 oil for frying.
11 fried fish.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Par boil your beans until tender and add maggi and salt and onions.
Step 2 Add the pepper and palm oil and stir, add crayfish and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3 Taste for salt and then slice, and add salt to your plantain and fry in oil.serve with fried fish.
