Beans porridge, fried plantain and fish Ingredients

1 Beans.
2 Pepper.
3 Plantain.
4 Iced fish.
5 Salt.
6 Maggi.
7 Palm oil.
8 Crayfish.
9 Onions,.
10 Ginger.
11 Garlic.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Wash beans thoroughly and boil till very soft.
Step 2 Add roughly blended pepper, garlic, ginger and onions, fish.
Step 3 Allow to cook for few mins, add salt, crayfish maggi.
Step 4 Add palmoil.
Step 5 Allow the water to dry and it is done.
Step 6 Dice your plantain and fry.
