4 ripe plantains. |

Red bonnet peppers. |

Crayfish blended and not blended. |

Dry prawns. |

cubes Seasoning. |

2 cookingspoon palm oil. |

Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 |
Blend the peppers and crayfish roughly. |
Step 2 |
Peel the plantain and dice as desired. |
Step 3 |
Put water in a clean pot, enough to cook the Plantain.. |
Step 4 |
Add the blended pepper mix. |
Step 5 |
Wash the other part of the crayfish and dry prawns and add to it. |
Step 6 |
Place it on heat. When it starts boiling add the plantains.. |
Step 7 |
Stir and add seasoning cubes and salt.. |
Step 8 |
After some minutes add the palm oil, allow to cook further for some minutes.. |
Step 9 |
Add the sliced scent leafs and drop from heat… |
