12 fingers of unripe plantain.

1/2 kilo of goat meat.

Goat meat broth.

Basil leaves (scent leaves).

1 cup cray fish.

Cooking Guidances
Step 1
Peel plantains and wash them, scrape the back of the peeled plantains inside the pot,and slice diagonally from the middle. The scrapes serve as a thickening agent for the porridge..
Step 2
Combine the sliced plantains, crayfish, sliced onions, pepper, Goat meat and broth into the pot.
Step 3
Add water and vegetable oil. Set to cook. Make sure the water added doesn't exceed the level of the plantain mix..
