Beans and Yam porridge Ingredients

1 yam tuber.
2 beans.
3 beans.
4 habanero pepper.
5 habanero pepper.
6 medium size onion.
7 medium size onion.
8 big size tatashe.
9 big size tatashe.
10 cooking spoon grounded crayfish.
11 cooking spoon grounded crayfish.
12 cooking spoon palm oil.
13 maggi cubes.
14 cooking spoon palm oil.
15 maggi cubes.
16 Salt.
17 fresh curry leaf.
18 fresh curry leaf.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash your beans and put on heat using pressure pot, within 10 minutes it will be ready. Strain it and put aside.
Step 2 Peel your yam and cut it to your desired shapes..
Step 3 Wash and blend your pepper, tatashe,onion and crayfish..
Step 4 Wash the yam and put in the pot that can contain both the yam and the beans, add the beans to the yam and the blended ingredients, add your maggi, palm oil and a pinch of salt to taste.
Step 5 Put on heat once it starts boiling you wash your curry leaf and add, allow to cook for 10-15 minutes. Your beans and yam porridge is ready.
