Yam bolls Ingredients

1 yam.
2 spn salt.
3 sugar.
4 onion.
5 Scotch bonnet.
6 Seasing cube.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Peel the yam and wash and cook it salt,sugar.
Step 2 When it done mash it add greated onion, Scotch bonnet add seaning cube and mix spices,sugar,curry,make a round shape,put it a whisk egg with Maggi and fry it in a hot oil till golden brown.
