GOLDEN YAM! Ingredients

1 Yam.
2 salt.
3 Maggi.
4 Egg.
5 Oil for frying.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Peel slice and wash your yam. Boil in alittle but sufficient water adding maggi and salt to it. When cooked drain the water and allow to cool in a try or colander..
Step 2 Break and whisk the eggs put put the yam into it and deep fry in a hot oil. Enjoy as a snack or for breakfast with hot tea.
