GOLDEN YAM! Ingredients
1 | Yam. |
2 | salt. |
3 | Maggi. |
4 | Egg. |
5 | Oil for frying. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Peel slice and wash your yam. Boil in alittle but sufficient water adding maggi and salt to it. When cooked drain the water and allow to cool in a try or colander.. |
Step 2 | Break and whisk the eggs put put the yam into it and deep fry in a hot oil. Enjoy as a snack or for breakfast with hot tea. |
