Ingredients
1 | You need 2 cups of Fenugreek Finely chopped leaves (Methi) -. |
2 | You need 1 of Leeks Finely chopped – medium sized stem. |
3 | It’s 1 cup of Oats -. |
4 | It’s 1/2 cup of Semolina -. |
5 | It’s 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour Multigrain -. |
6 | Prepare 250 ml of water -. |
7 | Take of Salt pepper & – as per taste. |
8 | Take of Cooking oil greasing – for the griddle pan. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | In a large bowl mix Fenugreek leaves, Leeks, Oats, Semolina, Wheat flour salt and pepper.. |
Step 2 | Slowly add water while stirring till a uniform consistency mixture is formed. Make sure all the ingredients are sticking well to each other and the mix is not too flowy.. |
Step 3 | Let it rest for 15 minutes. |
Step 4 | Heat some oil on non stick griddle.. |
Step 5 | Spread across the oil with a spatula.. |
Step 6 | Pour 1 ladle full of mixture in the centre of griddle/ pan and slowly spread it around making a large circle.. |
Step 7 | Cover with lid and let it cook. |
Step 8 | Flip side and let it cook on the other side.. |
Step 9 | Serve hot with Yoghurt/ Creamed Cottage cheese.. |
