1 Approximately 1 cup of Bhadku flour(ready made available).
2 About 2 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
3 Approximately 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh kothmari.
4 Approximately 1/2 cup of dahi.
5 Take 1-1/4 cup of water.
6 Approximately to taste of Salt.
7 You need of Green chutney for Serving.
8 About of Ghee/oil for cooking.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Take one cup of Bhadku a bowl..mix all other ingredients..mix well. First add only 1cup of water…if needed add more water..Make pancakes like batter..
Step 2 Cover the batter and keep for 1/2hour..
Step 3 Heat non-stick tawa..apply 1tsp oil..Pour one laddleful of batter..spread evenly on tawa. Sprinkle one TSP of ghee/oil..
Step 4 Cover with lid… soon as the lower side of bhadku chilla turns golden brown..flip over..and cook till other side also have golden spots..
Step 5 Serve Bhadku Chilla hot with green chutney..
Step 6 RELISH the Healthy Breakfast..
Step 7 I have taken ready made atta….you can prepare by grinding 1 cup of green moong dal,(split green gram)..1cup of rice,1/2cup of Bajra(millet)..and grind into thin coarse powder..
