Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 |
For the pounded yam; boil yam and pound. |
Step 2 |
For the soup; heat palm oil in a pot and add grinded pepper then stir fry. |
Step 3 |
Add the chopped onion to the egusi,mix with water to form a paste,pour the egusi paste into the frying pepper and fry together. |
Step 4 |
Add dried fish and the boiled meat, cube seasoning and salt to taste,add some water (not much)and allow to boil. |
Step 5 |
Add the spinach after the water is boiled and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes then serve with your pounded yam.Enjoy😋. |
