Yam ball Ingredients

1 Yam.
2 Pepper.
3 Onion.
4 Serdine.
5 Maggi.
6 Flour.
7 Egg.
8 Oil.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Peel the yam,wash it & put little salt,cook it till its soft..
Step 2 Put pepper and onion in you mortor and pound it well..
Step 3 Put boil yam and mash it,put maggi garlic and the pounded onion and pepper..
Step 4 Mix it well till the ingredients goes in,and put serdine inside the mix again..
Step 5 Make a ball with it and put it in a flour.
Step 6 Break the egg in a bowl, put the ball inside and fried it..
