Quick & easy vegetable fried rice served with chicken teriyaki๐Ÿš๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ— Ingredients

1 2 cups cooked rice.
2 1/4 cup oil.
3 1 onion chopped.
4 Crush bonnet pepper.
5 1/2 cup diced carrot.
6 1/2 cup peas.
7 1/2 cup sweet corn.
8 Red pepper chopped.
9 Green pepper chopped.
10 4 seasoning cube.
11 1 teaspoon curry.
12 1 teaspoon thyme.
13 2 eggs.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Heat oil in your pot add onions scotch bonnet, red pepper & stir for 4 mins add in peas, carrots, sweet corn,green bell pepper & Add seasoning cubes curry thyme & cook for 5 mins move the veggies to one side of the pot & pour in beaten eggs at the other side & stir quickly to scramble about 2 mins then mix it up with the veggies add in cooked rice & stir well until every thing is combined then serve with chicken teriyaki..
