Cooking Instructions
Step 1 |
Take all ingredients in a bowl. |
Step 2 |
Mix them well. |
Step 3 |
Add chicken pieces.. |
Step 4 |
Marinate the chicken for approx 1 hour.. |
Step 5 |
Now arrange all the marinated chicken into skewer and polish marinated chicken with butter.. |
Step 6 |
Keep all the skewer over heat and roast then till well cooked.. |
Step 7 |
Chicken seekh Kabab is ready.. |
Step 8 |
Serve it with green chutney, sarso chutney and onion.. |
