Step 4 When the Cow Leg is cooked, pour into a bowl, & put ur Pot back on heat to dry, then add ur Vegetable Oil & Tomato Puree to fry for 3mins….Then pour in your blended Veggies, some of the Meat Stork & leave to cook for 15mins…Add in the cooked Cow Leg, 2 Knorr Chicken Stork Cubes(or as u prefer), & Curry & Thyme….Let it cook until it looks like Imoyo Stew…it will look still fresh, but cooked…..
Step 5 When the Veg Oil starts to show on the top of the Stew, then ur good 2 go…pls note: I don't use Salt much in my cooking…sometimes not even a pinch at that…Stork Cubes take care of d taste buds…trust me…it is healthier…na so dem teach me o…πŸ˜‹….Yaaay!!! We are ready to serve…..

A tasty and easy Brussels sprouts stew with creamy coconut milk and cashew nuts. Great alternative for brussels sprouts instead of roasted or poriyal. It has a basic simple method and the ingredients are easy to find. This is a traditional native sauce, served in a traditional bowl mostly from the eastern part of Nigeria. The last of my recent cow photo's (I think!).
