Wet Fried Gizzards and traditional vegetables Ingredients

1 Gizzards.
2 tomatoes.
3 onion.
4 Some cooking oil.
5 green pepper.
6 garlic.
7 salt.
8 chilli peppers.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Chop the Gizzards to your desired size and wash..
Step 2 Boil for 8 – 10mins with garlic and salt till all the water is drained.
Step 3 Add some cooking oil and some chopped onions. Fry while mixing.
Step 4 Add tomatoes and let it cook to soften..
Step 5 Add green pepper and Chilli peppers then cook for 5 mins.
Step 6 Serve with Ugali and traditional vegetables.
