2 Prepare 4 of big bundle Waterleaf.
3 It’s 2 of big bundleUgu.
4 Prepare 4 of cksp Crayfish.

7 Approximately 1 of kgMeat(orishishi).
8 Approximately of Salt.
9 You need 3 of big Dry fish.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cook the meat with onion,salt,stock cubes and cook it for about 30minutes but let no water be in it..
Step 2 Wash and cut the ukazi,waterleaf and ugu separately..
Step 3 Bleach the palmoil for 2minutes,cut the onion and pour in.tgen pour in the waterleaf fry and keep stirring with spartula.
Step 4 Fry till the waterleaf looks dry.add crayfish,fresh pepper,salt,knorr seasoning and fry all for 10minutes..
Step 5 Wash the dry fish with warm water and salt then add..
Step 6 Pound the ukazi leaves lightly and put in the soup..
Step 7 Stir very well to mix up and taste to know if salt need to be added to taste..
Step 8 Add the ugu lastly and stir very well for 20minutes..
