Ingredients

1 About 1 kg of Beef.
2 About 4 of Atarodo(Chopped).
3 Approximately 2 of Red Onion(Sliced).
4 About 2 of big Bunch Ugwu leaf(Sliced).
5 Prepare 1 of Big Bunch Water leaf(Sliced).
6 You need 2 of Cooking spoon Palm oil.
7 It’s of Stock fish.
8 Prepare of Kpomo(Diced).
9 It’s cubes of Knorr.
10 It’s 2 Tbs of Crayfish.
11 About of Garri.
12 You need of Water.
13 You need to taste of Salt.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash ur beef,Kpomo and stock fish and put in a pot on fire,add knorr,salt,part of d onion,part of d pepper and allow to cook on its own stock for about 5mins. Then add more water to properly cook it..
Step 2 Pick,wash and slice ur Ugwu and water leaves and set aside..
Step 3 When ur beef is done and d stock is remaining little, add ur Crayfish, Onion,pepper and Oil and cook on high heat for abt 3-4mins..
Step 4 Add ur Ugwu to d stock and cook for abt 3-4mins while covered..
Step 5 Add ur water leaf and knorr and cook for anoda 4mins on high heat, taste for salt and adjust accordingly…
Step 6 Ur Vegetable soup is ready..
Step 7 Bring water to a boil, pour inside a bowl and add ur garri. Allow to sit for 5-10mins and turn with a wooden spoon, ur Eba is ready..
Step 8 Bon appetite.
