||Grind rice and daal to a coarse flour. Actually we prefer it done at flour milk..
||Add Fenugreek and curd to it..
||Add water and make thick consistence batter..
||Rest it for 7-8 hours. This actually depends on atmosphere. In summer it's less and in winter more..
||To the fermented batter add salt, turmeric and chilli garlic coarse paste..
||Add fruitsalt, bit water and mix well..
||Grease dish with oil and steam it for 15-20 minutes..
||My family prefer hot with garlic chutney infused oil..
||Give tadka if you like. And serve it with coriander or garlic chutney..
