Alkubus with miyar zogale (moringa). Traditional food π Ingredients
1 | flour. |
2 | yeast. |
3 | Small salt. |
4 | sugar. |
5 | groundnut. |
6 | Dry zogale (moringa). |
7 | Meat. |
8 | Onion. |
9 | tomato. |
10 | chilli pepper. |
11 | Garlic. |
12 | Seasoning. |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Pour your flour into a bowl add yeast, salt and sugar and mix add water and make dough knead the dough until smooth cover in a tight container and all to rise for 2 hours or so transfer the dough into alkubus container or cake container but do not full the container 2/3 steam your alkubus for 20-30 minutes.. |
Step 2 | Wash your meat set aside, blend tomato, onion, and chilli pepper set aside, grind groundnut,and squeeze moringa all set aside.. |
Step 3 | Put your meat inside put add garlic, onion and season and cook for 5-10 minutes add 1 table spoon of groundnut oil to the meat and fry for 5 minutes add your mixed tomato and fry for another 5mins then add your groundnut and little water and allow to cook for 20- 25 mins until your groundnut is soft add season and moringa and allow to cook for 5 mins.. |
