Eba is a Nigerian staple food eaten all over the country and beyond. It is made from fried grated cassava (manioc) flour, commonly called as garri. 1 Take 1 of big bunch ugu leaves.
2 You need 1 of small bunch water leaves.
3 You need of fresh pepper.
4 Prepare 2 of cooking spoon of red oil.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Slice the vegetables after washing Par-boil the cowtail and dry fish, add salt and seasoning until less stock.
Step 2 Roughly blend the pepper and onion and add to the parboiled meat and fish and allow to boil for a minute. Add the sliced vegetables and crayfish then let boil for one minute.
Step 3 Add Palm oil and taste for seasoning and leave to boil for 3 minutes. Done!.
