Eba is a Nigerian staple food eaten all over the country and beyond. It is made from fried grated cassava (manioc) flour, commonly called as garri. 1 Approximately 1 bunch of Waterleave.
2 Prepare 2 bunch of Ugu.
3 It’s of Palm oil.
4 It’s of Crayfish.

This really look like Ghana's soup. A classic African dish which can be served as an accompaniment to dishes such as Egusi Soup. This my first attempt at eba. It came out a but lumpy.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Add crayfish, dry pepper to the boiled meat and stock in the pot.

Step 3 Make sure the water from the meat is dry. Then add the waterleaves and ugu Stir it to mix and cook like 5mins.
