Traditional Udikachi modak Ingredients

1 jaggery.
2 coconut. Grated.
3 chooped almond mita and kis miss.
4 tap cardomom powder.
5 tap salt.
6 water.
7 tap ghee.
8 rice flour.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 First, prepare the studying from jagerry, coconut and choo ped all mita and keep aaise..
Step 2 In another kadi boil 1 cup water,1/4tsp salt and 1/2 tap ghee.turn off the game and add 1 cup fine rice flour..
Step 3 Mix the flour well with water cover and allow to rest for 3 – 5 minutes.now transfer the rice flour mixture in to large mixing bowl.
Step 4 When the flour is hOt,knead with your hand.prepare the modak with the help of modak mold..
Step 5 Place in steamer leaving gaps in between.cover and steam the modak for 10 minute or till the shiny retire appeared on them.finally offer to lord ganesha..
