Ingredients

1 You need 500 g of Blanched African Spinach/Alayahu/Green.
2 Prepare 2 of Big Ponmo/Cow skin (diced).
3 Approximately 12 of Medium Size Beef.
4 About 11/2 Cup of Roughly blended Pepper and Onion mix.
5 You need 2 of Seasoning cubes.
6 You need 3 Tablespoons of Locust Beans (Iru/Daddawa).
7 You need 3 of Cooking Spoonful Palm oil.
8 Prepare to taste of Salt.
9 About 1 of Small Onion Bulb.

Add the vegetable and stir. (Make sure to squeeze out the water from the vegetable). Add salt to taste. Take off the heat and serve with any swallow of your choice..
Step 5 Note: Feel free to use any combination of meat/ fish/poultry of choice. I mixed the locust beans in water before adding it to the soup. Be careful how you add salt to this soup when using locust beans because it contains a reasonable amount of Salt..
