Cooking Instructions
Step 1 |
In a thali mix all the above ingredients and make s stiff dough.. |
Step 2 |
Make equal portions of the dough.. |
Step 3 |
Roll out each portion like a thick Paratha.. |
Step 4 |
With a knife make a design of diagonal lines……crisscrossing each other from one end to the other.. |
Step 5 |
This is to ensure Koki gets cooked well insde.. |
