||Wash and chop methi..
||Take a iron kadahi and pour mustard oil in it and heat it till burning hot to avoid it's raw taste..
||Now add asafetida in it. Then add cumin seeds, chopped garlic in it till it changes it's colour to golden brown..
||Now add green chilli to it..
||Now add ginger..
||Now add onion to it and saute it till golden brown. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well..
||Now add grated tomatoes and sakte for 2 mins..
||Add potatoes and methi to it and mix well. Cover it for 5 mins and again mix it and cover it for another 5 mins..
||Switch off the gas after 20 mins, you will see the oil is separated from vegetable. Bhaaji is ready to serve..
||Serve hot with makki ki roti..
