Cooking Guidances
Step 1 |
Wash and chop methi.. |
Step 2 |
Take a iron kadahi and pour mustard oil in it and heat it till burning hot to avoid it's raw taste.. |
Step 3 |
Now add asafetida in it. Then add cumin seeds, chopped garlic in it till it changes it's colour to golden brown.. |
Step 4 |
Now add green chilli to it.. |
Step 5 |
Now add ginger.. |
Step 6 |
Now add onion to it and saute it till golden brown. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.. |
Step 7 |
Now add grated tomatoes and sakte for 2 mins.. |
Step 8 |
Add potatoes and methi to it and mix well. Cover it for 5 mins and again mix it and cover it for another 5 mins.. |
Step 9 |
Switch off the gas after 20 mins, you will see the oil is separated from vegetable. Bhaaji is ready to serve.. |
Step 10 |
Serve hot with makki ki roti.. |
