Cooking Instructions
Step 1 |
Peel the outer part of Raw mango and finely chop it.. |
Step 2 |
In crusher add Jeera, Garlic, Red chilli powder, Coriander, curry leaves, salt to taste, Asafoetida crush it to the fine paste.. |
Step 3 |
Add 1/4th cup of finely chopped onion and crush it. |
Step 4 |
Then add finely chopped mango and jaggery crush it nicely.. |
Step 5 |
Now again on top add remaining finely chopped onion and mix it.. |
