Traditional Dambun couscous by Fatima Umar Ali Ingredients

1 Couscous.
2 Groundnut.
3 Zogale.
4 Oil.
5 Onions.
6 Scotch bonnets.
7 Seasonings.
8 Salt to test.
9 1 cup water.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 In a bowl add your couscous and all other ingredients together.
Step 2 Mix well then add one cup of water.
Step 3 Then you transfer all into a steamer then steam it for at least 30 min then our dambun couscous is don.
Step 4 You can serve it with salad or coslow.
