Ingredients

1 It’s 1/2 of Tuber Yam.
2 You need 3 of Stock fish and smoked fish (softened in hot water).
3 You need of Precooked Assorted meat (Beef/goat chunks, shaki, snails etc).
4 About 1/4 cup of ground crayfish.
5 Prepare 6 of small cocoyams (peeled and washed).
6 About 1/2 Cup of washed Bitter leaf(dried/fresh).
7 Take 1 Tbs of dry pepper.
8 Take 1/2 of Palm Oil.
9 Approximately of Ogiri.
10 Take of Salt.
11 Prepare of Maggi.
