Waina (masa) Ingredients

1 mudu rice(white Na tuwo).
2 cooked n rinsed rice.
3 Flour.
4 Yeast.
5 onion.
6 sugar.
7 Salt.
8 Oil for frying.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Wash raw rice,add yeast, onion flour and cooked rice all together in a bowl. Take to the mill to grind into a smooth paste..
Step 2 When back from the mill, add a cup of water and mix properly and cover to rise.
Step 3 You will see it has bubbles and have doubled in size. add sugar and 1/4 Teaspoon of salt. Mix and start scoping into masa fryer (Tanda) Now start frying.
Step 4 Turn the other side to when golden brown. Remove from fire and serve with miyan taushe or vegetable soup..
