Coconut masa Ingredients

1 2 cups rice.
2 1/2 cup cooked rice.
3 2 eggs.
4 1 tbspn yeast.
5 1/2 cup milk.
6 Half coconut.
7 1 medium size onion.
8 Sugar to ur taste.
9 Pinch salt.
10 Veg oil for frying.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash the rice, in a bowl add the rice (both) add in your yeast and onion, grind/blend.. After blending beat the batter with your hand and allow it to rise.. In a blender add ur coconut and milk blend it till smooth 👏 set it aside When the batter doubled it size, add in ur blended coconut, egg,sugar and stir Prepare ur Tanda/masa fryer and fry….
